‘Ewa Beach Offshore Aquaculture Proposal

Ocean Era is seeking public input on our proposal for an offshore aquaculture operation for marine fish (nenue - kyphosids, and moi) and limu in the waters off ‘Ewa Beach. Please review our current proposal draft.
